RECIPE:
For Curd, take a pan, put little bit Water & Milk and keep it for boiling. When it starts boiling, keep it on a medium flame for a min, then turn off the flame and keep it for cooling down at room temperature. Put the extra curd in the milk and whisk it and then put it in a clay pot and cover it.
After 6 hours, the Curd will get ready. After then keep the Curd in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
In this way, halwai style Malai Curd will get ready to use.
You can also make Tasty & Delicious Lassi by using this curd.
Before Using Clay Pot: In a Clay Pot, put some water and soak it overnight. After that drain the water and use it.
If you are using a clay pot for the first time to make Curd, then it takes 5-6 hours, then it takes only 2-3 hrs to make curd.
After Using Clay Pot, put hot Water & Baking Soda and clean it with a plastic scrubber, then wash it with water and dry it with a cloth Thereafter, apply some oil around the clay pot and keep it for next time use.
