Plastic Brewer Comparison - April vs Origami | Coffee with April

This week, we're replicating the same recipe using two very different plastic brewers; April vs Origami.

We're using the prototype of the Origami Brewer in plastic, kindly provided to us by Ply Pasarj after his wonderful performance in the most recent World Brewers Cup in Milan. We highly recommend watching his open service performance that can be found easily on YouTube.

We're comparing this against the plastic version of our very own dripper, shipping out to those who placed pre-orders in the coming week.

92 Degree Water Temp
100g Pour - 50g Circle/50g Center - 10-second pour from 0:00
100g Pour - 50g Circle/50g Center - 10-second pour from 0:35
Total Brew Time: 2:10-2:30
