A program by the AIDS Services Coalition is mailing out free condoms to kids as young as 13 in Mississippi, providing condoms to kids that might be too embarrassed to shop or ask for them. Is giving kids condoms good? Psychotherapist Dr. Mike Dow shares that 13 is not that young to be having conversations about safe sex. He also shares that when adolescents are provided with condoms, it did not increase the rate at which they were having sex.
