"ERROR FIX"
If you are getting the "org.scala-lang:scala library:2.10.2" error, then these steps may help.
It seems that you are missing 2 jar files.
first download this jar:
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/sca...
Now the "→ " symbol will tell you the path of the folder.
.minecraft → libraries → org → scala-lang → scala-compiler → 2.10.2 → Drag file in here

Now the other jar file is found here:
http://files.minecraftforge.net/fmlli... [doesn't exist anymore o_o]

.minecraft → libraries → org → scala-lang→ scala-library→ 2.10.2 → Drag file in here
Now restart your Laptop/Computer and then run forge again.
