This machine is a 5 Head Capless Induction Sealing Machine
Dry Products Packed into Glass can be Induction Sealed; Even if they have a metal lid.
With this machine the Glass Jars a filled, a desiccant is added and then the Capless Induction Sealing Process takes place.
Finally an attractive Metal cap is placed over the top of the Sealed Glass Jar.
With high end products a high end Glass Package can be achieved with Tamper Evidence and a moisture and oxygen barrier with close to Zero Transmission rates.

Induction sealing material in Roll form is cut and applied to the top sealing surface of the vial.
An induction sealing cycle as short as 0.2 to 0.4 seconds can seal the top of the film introducing minimal heat energy to produce the seal.
This unit has 5 filling Sealing Heads.
Higher speeds can be achieved with more Induction Sealing heads.
