Today, it's part 3 of my tuna series and I made crispy fried seaweed rolls and filled it with truffle tuna tartare! Many of you might recognize this dish. Yes, it is inspired by the famous kimbab from Jungsik, a two Michelin star Korean restaurant in New York and Seoul!

I always loved the dish that they do. The execution and the idea seemed very cool to me and I wanted to try to make something similar. I am not sure what their technique is behind their crispy seaweed rolls. I just did it the way I could think of doing, making it into crispy rice paper seaweed rolls. I wouldn't be surprised if they have better methods of doing the same thing!

I hope you guys liked my tuna series. Tuna is an ingredient that I personally love very much, and realized I haven't made a video with it so I had to make it!

I might be uploading another short video on tuna. It was just a tuna rice bowl that I made to use up all the leftover tuna from making these three-part videos. Ironically, it was my favorite out of everything because I love rice and tuna together, and it combined a lot of the components that I made!
