Today I am sharing a restaurant style Paneer Butter Masala recipe!!! The simple paneer masala is perfect with any rotis or naans. Do follow the recipe and check the ingredients before starting the cooking.

Ingredients:
For Gravy paste:-
•4 Ripe Tomatoes
•2 tbsp Cashews
•1 inch Cinnamon
•2-3 Cloves
•1/2 Bay Leaf
•1/4 cup Onions
•1/2 liter Water
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

For Curry :
•2 tbsp butter
•2 tbsp Oil
•1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
•Ground Gravy paste
•Salt
•1/2 tsp Chilli powder
•1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
•1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
•1/2 tbsp kasuri methi
•1/4 tsp Sugar/Honey
•1/2 cup Water
•200gms Paneer
•Coriander choppings
•2 tbsp Fresh Cream
