The maybe most famous color scheme of a Razorback P-47 Thunderbolt is the "SNAFU". A restored version of this scheme flies in the UK still actively as one of the few Thunderbolts left in the world. This scheme is partially painted in the mold, partially painted from the outside. It's refined with original 'Tailormade' nomenclature stencils, flat clear coat and a professionally applied weathering. it's not a cheap airbrush, it is as artistic as it gets.
