How To Find OUT OF STOCK Items for Amazon FBA Arbitrage

I absolutely love using Keepa Product Finder for sourcing products. One of my favorite filters is to find out of stock items because if I can find them and they sell well, I'll have less competition, being able to charge a premium and not have to find them as heavily discounted as usual.
