The making of a Gryffindor's wand - Hogwarts House wand series [Brown and Lobban]

In today's video- The making of a Gryffindor's wand 🦁🗡️

For this Gryffindor wand I chose a Reddish orange and black resin material and combined this with ornate gold components and a ebonized pine wandshaft.  

The shaft is made from Reclaimed mahogany wood (which used to be a locker room bench.) ebonized and lacquered.

Wand shaft: Straight mahogany shaft with polished gold collar. 
Length: 14,1 Inches⁣ Weight: 43 grams

This was the first wand ever made on my new Laguna Revo 16|36 wood lathe.
