As you can see this elevator was modernised two or three times.
First time maybe by Radnik? at 1960s, second time by MF Certus at 1990s or early 2000s, and second time by Prolift at 2020.
Sadly, the new engine is way slower as before last modernisation.
Also, in this video you can see the aftermath of earthquake that hit Zagreb in March 2020., as well as the slowness of (non)reconstruction of the city from the earthquake.
