Daihatsu Hijet NOT SHIFTING! Automatic "Transmission Control Computer Assembly" Fail-safe Mode FIX

In my automatic transmission 1995 Daihatsu Hijet S110P with 4wd, the PWR button does NOT illuminate. Also the transmission does NOT shift when driven and I am stuck in FAIL-SAFE MODE. There is a transmission computer mounted behind the steering wheel and instrument/gauge cluster. Could this be the reason for my current mini truck failures?
