Steps:

1. Apply Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Groundwork to the eyelids using the 242 Brush and blend upwards using the 217 Brush. Repeat this step along the lower lash line.
2. Using the 248 Brush, apply Eye Shadow in Can’t Escape Me from I’m That Chick You Like / Mariah Carey palette on the eyelid, and blend out with a 217 Brush. Repeat this step on the lower lash line.
3. Line the upper lash line with Eye Kohl in Teddy and create a “C” shape in the outer corner of the eye. Blend out using the 217 Brush.
4. Using a 219 Brush, apply Eye Shadow in Whenever You Call, from the same palette, to the inner corner of the eye, bringing it along the lower lash line.
5. With a clean 219 Brush, apply Eye Shadow in How You Thrill Me, from the same palette, to the upper outer corner of the eye, creating a “C” shape and softly blending with the 217 Brush, creating a feline wing.
6. Line the lower outer corner of the eye with Eye Shadow in Golden Petals Scattering, from the same palette, using the 219 Brush.
7. To make the eyes really pop, apply Eye Shadow in Whenever You Call through the centre of the eyelids.
8. Apply In Extreme Dimension 3D Black Lash to the upper and lower lashes.
9. Apply Lash in Don't Shame Me / Mariah Carey
10. Using the 185 Brush, apply Strobe Cream in Pinklite to the cheekbones, Cupid’s bow and bridge of the nose.
11. Apply Powder Blush in Sweet Sweet Fantasy / Mariah Carey to the apples of the cheeks, using the 133 Brush.
12. Mattify any hot spots using Mineralize Skinfinish Natural with the 168 Brush.
13. Line the lips using Pro Longwear Lip Pencil in So Dramatique / Mariah Carey and partially fill in.
14. Apply Lipstick in MCizzle / Mariah Carey with the 195 Brush.
15. Apply Lipglass in It’s Just Like Honey / Mariah Carey over the centre of the lips to maximize the shape.
16. Apply Brow Set in Clear to the brows.
17. Finish the look by adding some Pigment in White to the inner corner of the eyes using the 219 Brush.
