In this video, I have explained the step-by-step process of drafting an Arbitration Agreement / Contract. Whenever parties enter into a professional arrangement, they bind each other with obligations, via an Agreement. In case the agreement is breached, the other party claims damages and the victim party is compensated.

Such adjudication is done by the Court, however, due to the pendency of cases; sometimes, it takes a lot of time to adjudicate upon such dispute. Resultantly, giving hardship to the victim.

Arbitration is a dispute resolution process through which the parties agrees to not go to the court and rather be subjected to the adjudication by an Arbitrator. This process is fast and give justice to the victim party in short span of time.
