This Year I was able to go to the MDRT Global Conference in Miami and it left me feeling really inspired!
For those who don’t know, MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) brings together the top 1% of financial advisors globally. This year, over 6,000 of us gathered to share, learn, and grow together. The energy, generosity, and global insights were unreal, and I’m proud to say Australian advisers are right up there leading the way.
Two key takeaways I brought home:
1. Intention + Persistence = Progress. Hearing from Coach Michael Burt reminded me how important it is to turn desire into action, with guidance, structure, and accountability. It’s exactly what we aim to do with clients.
2. “Attention is the most basic form of love.” That quote from Robert Slinger hit hard. Whether with loved ones or clients, being fully present is powerful. No distractions, just real connection.
