It was time for my very first slope flight on the Wasserkuppe. I had chosen my old Cumulus 2800 for this. It is equipped with the lighter "Gewalt" fuselage from the good old days. In addition, this Cumulus was fitted with the wing tips with the angled section suggested in the building instructions. As written by Graupner, this significantly improves the flight characteristics. Quote from the building instructions: "If you want to achieve above-average flight characteristics, you can have the wingtips set at an angle"
