RIL AGM 2021: Deal on cards? Saudi Aramco chairman Yasir al-Rumayyan joins Reliance board

Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani announced that Saudi Aramco chief Yasir Al-Rumayyan will join the RIL board as an independent director. During the 44th AGM, the RIL chairman said that the discussions with Saudi Aramco are on and the deal could be closed this year.
