தமிழ் வழிக் கல்வி! - Kondrai vendhan was written by AVVAYAR, a tamil female poet lived around 300BC in Tamilnad INDIA. She is said to be a saint and is also a well known poet . This work KONDRAI VENDHAN advises us to live a peacefull and happy life. What to do and what not to do in life is explained . I have written the meanings in easy tamil language so that every one can easily understand the great literary work . Read it and follow it.
பாட்டின் முதல் தொடரால் இந்நூல் இப்பெயரைப் பெற்றது. இதில் 91 அடிப்பாக்கல் உள்ளன
கடவுள் வாழ்த்து:

கொன்றை வேந்தன் செல்வன் அடியினை
என்றும் ஏத்தித் தொழுவோம் யாமே.

கொன்றைப் பூமாலையை அணிந்திருக்கும் சிவபெருமானின் செல்வனாகிய வினாயகக் கடவுளை என்றும் போற்றி வணங்குவோம்.

நூல்:

உயிர் வருக்கம்

1. அன்னையும் பிதாவும் முன்னறி தெய்வம்

தாய், தந்தையர் கண்கண்ட தெய்வம்

2. ஆலயம் தொழுவது சாலவும் நன்று

கோவிலுக்குச் சென்று இறைவனைத் தொழுவது மிகவும் நல்லது

3. இல்லறமல்லது நல்லறமன்று

இல்லறவாழ்வே மிகவும் நன்மை பயக்கக் கூடியது

4. ஈயார் தேட்டைத் தீயார் கொள்வர்

பிறருக்கு உதவி செய்யாதோர் பொருளைத் தீயவர் பறித்துக் கொள்வர்

5. உண்டி சுருங்குதல் பெண்டிர்க் கழகு

குறைத்து உண்ணுதல் பெண்களுக்கு அழகு தரும்

6. ஊருடன் பகைக்கின் வேருடன் கெடும்

ஊராரோடு பகைத்துக் கொண்டால் குடும்பம் அழிந்து விடும்

7. எண்ணும் எழுத்தும் கண்ணெனத் தகும்

அறிவியலுக்கு ஆதாரமான எண்ணும், இலக்கிய அறிவுக்கு ஆதாரமான எழுத்தும் நமக்குக் கண் போன்றவை

8. ஏவா மக்கள் மூவா மருந்து

செய் என்று சொல்லும் முன்பே குறிப்பறிந்து செயலாற்றும் பிள்ளைகள் அம்ருதம் போன்றவர்கள்

9. ஐயம் புகினும் செய்வன செய்

பிச்சை எடுத்தாவது செய்ய வேண்டிய நல்ல கார்யங்களை செய்

10. ஒருவனைப் பற்றி ஓரகத்திரு

ஒருவனை மணந்து புகுந்த வீட்டிலே வசிக்க வேண்டும்

11. ஓதலின் நன்றே வேதியர்க்கு ஒழுக்கம்

ஒழுக்கமானது வேதம் ஓதுவதை விட மிக நல்லது

12. ஔவியம் பேசுதல் ஆக்கத்திற் கழிவு

பொறாமைப் பேச்சு வளர்ச்சியை அழிக்கும்

13. அஃகமும் காசும் சிக்கெனத் தேடு

சிக்கனமாயிருந்து தான்யத்தையும், செல்வத்தையும் தேட வேண்டும்.
