As a non-profit organization, WDMA awards among the highest amounts of monetary and tuition sponsored incentives and scholarships to drum majors, provides the largest scholastic competition circuit for drum majors, provides a serious alternative for education, DrumMajorCamp.com together with San Diego State University Bands, and has increased participation at highland games drum major events to their highest in the Western United States!
