To open this year's NOTS, described as the "allegorical side of The Goddess Nicks in a medieval but timeless Stevie Fantasy World", NYC performance artist/director ST. EVE was asked to create an "Invocation of the Goddess Rhiannon". Using text from the Mabinogi (the medieval Welsh story collection) and other Goddesses of the Otherworld, she performed this short powerful ceremony with pagan drummer KRIS ANTON and over a Stevie "Rhiannon" piano introduction.
(Due to a technical problem, their entrance and first few seconds performance were lost, but we are happy to have most of it here.)
