Anyway, I wanted to say explained the red stone torch thing wrong.

When the shulker box is in the dispenser, it sends a signal using a comparator, to the red stone torch that is activated, which deactivates the torch, pushing back the piston in just enough time to dispense the shulker box. There is another comparator getting signal from the hopper which is funneling items from the shulker box into the chest, that just runs into the torch meaning that when items are still in that hopper, the piston won’t extend, but when all the items are done funneling into the chest, the piston extends destroying the shulker box, putting it into the hopper to the other chest.
