System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

2) I also search for dxdiag.exe
Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000

3) Install PCSX2

4) Download the PS2 Bios

My link to PS2 Bios was taken down by Nintendo. PS2 Bios tend to be taken down because you're not supposed to let other people use your Bios.

It worked! I'd S your D if I could. One problem everyone will face: You need to download the ps2_bios separately, because his download link doesn't have it due to copyright issues. [Feb 14, 2017 - Download link is at the bottom of the appnee page. Use the download from AppNee, then you just have to manually take the files in the folder, and drag the actual files into the BIOS folder for PSCX2. You have to only have the files in there, no folders. - Josh Heath]

5) Download ISO Game images (or search for torrents)

6) Open PCSX2
7) System - Boot CDVD (fast)
8) Open the iso file that you extracted.

Configurations
9) Config - Audio (SPU2) - Plugin Settings - Recommended Module XAudio2
10) Controllers (PAD) - Plugin Settings - Pad Tab - Bind your keys
