They are moving earth around to get started on this 1,061 house, 3 public park master planned community in Menifee, CA. This is just north of McCall Road, just east of Interstate 215.

Legado is formerly known as Fleming Ranch. It was renamed some time in 2021.

This is shot with a DJI Air 2, ND8 filter, and post-video processing in iMovie (on Mac). Shot in 4k at 60FPS, 1/120 shutter speed and staying around 0.0 overall exposure. Clouds were at 2100 feet. 10% cover and about 9 miles of visibility No unprotected people were overflown.
