Reset the drum counter:
METHOD 1
Press “All Settings”.
Press “Machine Info”.
Press “Parts Life”.
Press and hold “Drum” until the display changes.
Press “Yes”.
It will show “Accepted”.
The drum life is now 100%.

METHOD 2
Press "Settings"
Press “All Settings”.
Press “Machine Info”.
Press “Reset Menu”.
Press “Drum Unit”
Press “Yes”.
