I wanted to make a video for this couple using the musical as they actually address the romance there. But it would have looked odd skipping between anime and live hence why the live action was used. Gaiden is the past, and also blurred hence why it looks odd, La Reconquista is images they're getting of the future, live action is present day. Apparently Kunzite changed his hair colour during the present day.

Plot
After they attack each other both Minako and Kunzite start getting memories of dancing together in the past as well as flashes of what should have happened if Beryl hadn't attacked. Minako is trying to ignore it, whilst Kunzite is just angered and wants to know what is going on. The next time they meet they both remember Kunzite strangling her just before the Silver Millennium was destroyed. Both try to carry on but the third time they meet he taunts her before they remember that it was her who killed both of them and she runs off. Kunzite becomes obsessed with her, whilst she pretends it didn't happen. Both attempt to forget but don't go through with their plans. When Kunzite attacks again he asks her if she'd actually fight him and she responds by transforming. Minako later dies from her illness, and Kunzite from protecting Mamoru, but are both saved when Usagi brings back the world. At Usagi and Mamoru's wedding they see each other and smile, and somewhere in the future the flashes of what should have happened come true.
