課程大綱
本課程為企管系大一的基礎必修課程，主要將介紹在組織中的管理者到底是誰，在作什麼事情，以及影響他們決策與行為相關的理論。

課程將從「誰是管理者」的議題開始，延伸至管理者的四大類別活動：規劃、組織、領導、控制，並討論在影響這些活動背後相關的理論，包括決策、溝通、激勵與倫理分析等。

This course is a fundamental course for the first year business students. It will focus on who the managers are, what they do, and relevant theories and/or concepts behind their decision-making and behaviors, such as planning, organizing, leading, controlling, etc.
