To release a cover song to stores like Apple Music, iTunes, Spotify, and more you need to make sure that you have a mechanical license and that you pay mechanical royalties. There are multiple ways to do this, but my favorite options are to 1. Use EasySongLicensing.com (use the first link in my description) or 2.
