Shadows of the Mimbelli Family - Forgotten mansion of the old captain's family in Orebić

I had a pleasure of visiting the old captain's home in Orebić. This was a mansion of the richest of all local captains' families of Pelješac - the well known Mimbellis. While most of the valuable antiques are now gone, the house still showcases the era of the great captains of the Adriatic in the 19th century.
The property is now for sale and it is a unique opportunity of owning an important part of local history as most of the other houses have been donated to the national cultural institutions.
