The moves and combos in this video are from Hard Mode in Dissidia 012 PROLOGUS only. I know that there are more attacks not displayed e.g. there are supposed to be more options in Healer and there's no Crushing Blow or Blizzara here; but here's what I got from making do with the available movelist so far.

Assist character is WoL as you can't choose who you want in Prologus. If you want to skip the tutorial part, the combos start @ 3:40. Do note that they are only examples of what you can do with Lightning; the list is far from exhaustive and limited to Prologus here. You can pretty much play with any of the combo starters and finishers and end up with one, they are pretty situational.

I made some mistakes in the video:
-The Ruinga shown in this video should be Ruin. Ruinga is a bigger Ruin spell but with only 1 shot
-Thunder isn't extremely safe. If her "hand" is close enough such that it hits the opponent, she can get parried by block. On normal block the opponent can still hit with a fast bp attack, though you could interrupt that by casting successive Thunders.
-5:55 has BRV Ground Assist, not Air.
