This year my mother in-law made few pickled cucumber using her own brine recipe. We picked tiny cucumbers at the garden because the tiny ones are way better. They are crunchy. But the brine they are using here are more into the salty sour side than the ones we are using in the Philippines. But still they are really good specially with grilled meat.
