Oyster lovers will be happy to learn that Fin De Claire #4 oysters are served at the VIU buffet along with an impressive sampling of beautiful blue Thai river prawns, also cooked to order.  A nice selection of fresh salads and Thai salads round out the offer along with a wonderful dessert bar featuring my fave  - ripe mango and sticky rice!

VIU is the perfect destination for a very high quality meal featuring top-end ingredients imported from across the globe.   The buffet itself is compact but the sheer quality of the dishes on offer make this buffet and epicurean's dream.  There are very few places that offer such a high quality, all-you-can-eat buffet featuring such sought after dishes.
