In this video Captain Marc will take you through how-to tie up a Tournament Tied fly rig. The tournament tied hook setup is superior to running a single treble hook and typically leads to landing more fish in the boat. It's quite easy to tie and can be used with any slide on tube based trolling fly.

You will ne the following to tie up this rig.

- 50lbs Leader line (Fluorocarbon preferred over mono)
- #1 or #2 Treble Hook
- 4/0 or 5/0 Octopus Hook
- 5 or 6mm Beads
- 3mm Clear tubing
- Your favorite trolling fly. (In our case we're using a HotFish Fly)
