This was actually from my trip last September. Realized I never got to share this video, so here it is!

🍲Haidilao Hotpot (actually my first time & they have a few branches across SG!)
Got their veg platter, beancurd roll, frozen tofu, and fresh tofu, that I all shared with my friends. I opted for the mushroom broth as well!

✨Little India
Quick stop for a sugarcane juice and samosa. Didn’t get to explore much of the food but I’ll def have to come back next time!

recommended by a friend & can highly recommend as well!

Ordered the ff:- “Fish” cakes (these were soo close to the real thing)
Ayam Penyet (fried lion’s mane mushrooms - texture was amazing)
Ngo Hiong
Nasi padang
Kwetiau goreng
Chili “crab” cakes with fried mantou
Chick’n satay w peanut sauce

Nanyang curry with mushroom cutlet (i also tried the lion’s mane version and loved it too!)

🏮In Chinatown (don’t recall the stall’s name 🙃)
Freshly made grass jelly with longan
Chendol (coconut milk-based shaved ice dessert found across different parts of SE Asia! the pandan jelly droplets were my fav)

Kimchi fried rice with omnipork luncheon meat & strips
“fish” and chips

will def be back here for more! prices are great too unlike in more touristy hawker centres

Kwan Inn Vegetarian Stall (@kwaninnvegetarian)
Didn’t get the name of the second stall but it’s 2 stalls to the left of Kwan Inn Veg
Kwan Inn Vegetarian has more options and each plate was 4.5SGD. The other stall I paid 5.2 SGD for that really generous plate.
Kwan Inn Does get pretty busy during lunch time, but worth the wait
Both stalls for me are worth a try!
