Under the Economic Mobility Pathways pilot program, the Canadian government has established two new immigration categories. It appears that the government wants to enhance access to skilled people for Canadian companies.

According to Sean Fraser, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, the Authority's strategy for exploiting the nation's immigration system to address persistent labor shortages is to let firms access a new global talent pool.

Finding competent employees among those who have been moved overseas and offering them long-term solutions are the ultimate goals. Globally, Canada is currently pushing this.

He continued by saying that Canada will keep developing adaptable and novel ways to allow vulnerable people access, ultimately assisting companies in finding and hiring the qualified personnel they require to grow their operations.
