Scarlett Liljefors is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) Purple Belt, Multiple Time Champion in various prestigious competitions, AND a mother. She is a Okami Fightgear sponsored athlete based out of Sweden and a name to watch out for as she climbs the ranks of BJJ.

In this interview, we discuss her past in gymnastics and dance, how that impacted her decision to begin in martial arts, and what drove her into taking competing seriously. We also discuss the challenges of motherhood while juggling a career and raising a kid, encouraging other women out there to shape their lives around their passions and that it IS possible.
