This is a Speedrun of Fortune Street's Homeless% Category, on Mario Stadium. Fortune Street, also called Boom Street in Europe, or Itadaki Street in Japan, can be simply (and semi-incorrectly) described as Monopoly with Stocks, at least standard mode is. A run like this can easily be improved by better RNG but it also worth noting that I was slow in some decision making, so you could also save time there, even though I doubt no run of this gonna look that similar.
