Halong Bay, Vietnam

After visiting Hanoi we took a 3 day Halong Bay Cruise. Based on recommendations we chose Mon Cheri Cruises and were so glad we did. Our ship was beautiful and perfect for our voyage. The cabins were large and luxurious and every meal at the dining room delicious. We kayaked and swam twice on the beautiful emerald waters, and visited Viet Hai village where we took bikes to visit a typical house and even got to sample some interesting alcohol. On the last day we skipped the visit to Trung Trang cave but it was available to those that decided to go. Instead we decide to just relax on your own balcony and see the most amazing limestones formations as the cruise slowly passes by. Definitely a dream come true!
