The session focussed on fire safety in the commercial kitchen and the main challenges and risk areas foodservice consultants have to consider when working with a client from kitchen design to completion of a project.

Mark Neumann Director of Product Management, ANSUL Pre-engineered Systems was joined by FCSI consultants Alexander Hofer, William Taunton and Anton Francois to address why fire safety is still such a pressing concern for commercial kitchens.
