American Learns Fluent Spanish in 15 Days, Shocks Native Speakers

Today is my third week of learning Spanish (15 days total study time) and I logged onto Spanish Omegle and VRChat to test my Spanish. I definitely managed to impress some native speakers, which was really cool! My Spanish is far from perfect but I’m at a level now where I can speak fluently about a lot of topics — I haven’t learned this language to the point where I can talk comfortably about nuclear physics, but I’m pretty surprised by how much progress you can make by focusing exclusively on practicing speaking. It’s pretty amazing what you can do with an Internet connection during quarantine!
