100 gr bread flour
100 gr lukewarm water
1 gr instant yeast
5 gr sugar
1 gr salt

Dough:
300 gr bread flour
40 gr sugar
1 gr instant yeast
1 egg
100 gr milk
25 gr butter
2 gr salt
15 gr chiaseeds
50-60 gr dried cranberries

Filling:
200 gr cream cheese
35 gr powdered sugar
