no one has done this yet. So I decided to myself. this happens when you beat a cup's champion after going through all the gruesomeness of being electrocuted, burned, etc. And the characters let out their sheer happiness that their grueling efforts were not in vain to earn that trophy.

PS: Well, Diddy's my main here, but I can't help but feel bad for playing AGAINST Luigi, because he has the BEST theme in-game as well as him having a lot more character than any other Nintendo character.
Also, everytime I hear Diddy get electrocuted, I can't help but cringe because it's super painful, as much as it is hearing Peach get electrocuted in the first strikers game.

March 10 2022 edit: Guess what!? After I lost on the strikers charged semifinals' 2nd match SO MANY times, I finally got to battle against Petey. So far, I lost to him TWICE, as he's very unpredictable and how everyone gets electrocuted very easily when those waves of electricity goes through the field, even his goalie can easily block all of my megastrikes! Especially when the stadium is tilting. I'm just glad that I managed to go against him. I'll work on beating him next. I just hope I could soon...
March 19 2022 edit: I DID IT! I just managed to beat the Strikers Cup! I just dunno exactly how I managed to do it, but I did. All I can say it, take advantage of how the ship tilts, don't engage Petey directly because he'll use his Deke if yo two do, and use your items wisely. If he can beat opponents with brute force, and if you use a speedy character, try to outdo him with the same tactics he does. Also, don't tackle an opponent if they don't have the ball, it'll give them items or their captains super ability, I often have Diddy kick the ball to make the opponents do that so I can use Diddy's Red Car or other items I got.
