LASER GOGGLES: are Noir ARG_60, they come in MANY styles and provide an OD of around 7.5 for 455 nm wavelength but they are expensive! You can find goggles on Amazon for half the cost around OD 6, just check for a graph and whether you trust the brand.

ENCLOSURE: I highly recommend an enclosure, if you’re not using one wear a respirator and work in a closed room where people won’t see the light. Here is the one I used https://ortur.net/collections/optiona...

1/8” Birch Plywood 200/100% w/ air assist compressor
Leather Engraving 6,000/40%
Leather Cutting 200/60%
1/16” Walnut Engraving 11,000/40%
1/16” Walnut Cutting 300/70%
Metal tumbler Engraving 3,000/60%
Acrylic on spray painted steel (not galvanized) 12,000/60%
