Skye Plays - Mario Forever - Main Game

Hello! This is a bit of a departure from my 'usual' content, but I've always thought about making videos of me playing through games, so here we are! I'm going to be starting this series off with a playthrough of Mario Forever! This is a classic fangame from 2004, created by Buziol Games, later known as Softendo. In it, you play as Mario, travelling across eight worlds to stop Bowser from taking over the Mushroom Kingdom and save Princess Peach. There are a lot of secrets and extras in this game to discover, and I'll cover some soon enough! This playthrough was done with Mario Forever Version 4.4 from July 8th, 2009.
Before anyone says anything in the comments (like people read descriptions on YouTube), Mario Forever will not give you a virus or infect your computer with unwanted programs, if you are smart and download the right versions from the right site. Don't download versions from 5.5 to 6.01, as those versions use a bundled installer that tries to infect your computer. Don't download the game from sketchy sites like CNET's Download.com or Softonic, instead, go to the Internet Archive and find the "Mario Forever [Every version released]" archive. This will provide you with clean, virus-free versions of every version of Mario Forever released by Buziol Games/Softendo that is still available. If you are installing a version of Mario Forever that includes the Mario Forever Toolbar Installer, exit out of the Toolbar Install before it does anything. Mario Forever isn't dangerous, just be smart on the internet. :)
