Radius - Apartments

The Dinkytown neighborhood surrounds a vibrant collection of retail, restaurants, music venues, sporting events, and the Radius' 772 returning residents.

Unlimited utilities, free laundry, high-speed internet, furnished spaces, 24/7 Information Desks, study rooms, lounges, music practice rooms, and more are all included. There are also two Living Learning Communities in the building, where you can connect with other students who share your goals and interests.

Curious about living in Radius? The UMN housing application opens in November for new first-year students, and you do not need to wait until you've confirmed your enrollment to apply for housing. Applying early (there's only a $50 fee to apply) puts you in the best position to get assigned to one of your top preferences.
