This is a demo video of a web chat and WhatsApp chat based self-service journey, emulating a loan / financing use case. We have used a locally downloaded version of the ABFL website, to embed the chat widget.

The bot is capable of handling natural language interactions. The responses being delivered by the bot are generated based on the intents being captured from the customer's queries / inputs.

The bot is also multi-lingual and can switch between languages based on the customer's inputs.

The bot is capable of generating interaction summaries which can be then be fed into client's backend CRMs / ERPs against that particular contact record.

We have also showcased how the bot can start a loan application process by collecting some initial data, collect documents (scanned images or PDFs). The chat widget is also capable of enabling video assisted interactions with the customer.
