Yet here we are in 2023 and a recent statistic from the Allen Institute states that “only about 2.4% of published scientific research papers are fully accessible.” Why is this? Join DCL President Mark Gross and the scholarly publishing industry’s biggest proponent of accessibility, Bill Kasdorf, as they discuss some of the trends they are seeing across the industry.
