Tiking Vlog 16 - Worlds Natural Strongman 2024 Prep, Not going to plan

Nearly 4 weeks later and I've finally pieced together the next installment, safe to say its not going to plan, recovery from APL Nationals took a bigger toll on the body than I'm used to, prioritized some me time to relax (if that's even possible) now that I'm on leave from work for a little while, which in turn meant I've put these 1 man projects on the back burner, i do feel better now that I've got this next episode up.

Natural Worlds Strongest Man and Woman 2024 competition will be held in The Kingfisher Club, NUIG, Newcastle Road, Galway, Ireland on August 24th and 25th, it is the only competition that will have the best natural strongmen and strongwomen vying for the top spots of their respective weight classes.
