After 3 years, the Local Government of Naga once again organized and Conducted the Peñafrancia Voyadores Festival. This is a presentation of history, faith and devotion to Our Lady of Peñafrancia through dances and music.

The winning contingent in this year's Peñafrancia Festival will represent the Naga City in Bicol Region Festival of Festival that will be held at Sorsogon on October 2023.
