So, that propeller we acquired from the last level magically gives the balloon a bunch of weird upgrades... although I'm pretty sure Flynn is just talking a bunch of nonsense. But we can now access the next level, where the foolish enemies there have gotton ahold of the Eternal Air Source, where it has pretty much destroyed their stronghold. Ha! :)
