Chef Dom Taylor is one of a kind. He is a creator of delightful dishes with a fusion of Caribbean ingredients and flavours with 5 star presentation. He comes across as a kind and gentle chef, whom you cannot imagine getting angry the kitchen and being anything like Gordon Ramsey, but he is a force to be reckoned with.

Chef Dom knows Caribbean Cuisine inside out, and having trained in top establishments and became Head chef in 5* Hotels with European Cuisine, it is no surprise that he should marry the two and win a TV competion with his delightful creations. The show can still be viewed on Netflix.

In this interview he explains how he got onto the competition, and how he found the process from the beginning through to winning. Then he says the black community turned for him at the Langham - dressed to a tee and all seemingly very proud of him. It was a special time for him.

Now he has turned his talents to manufacturing, and has appeared on several other TV shows since finishing his stint at the Langham Hotel. He has also had appearances at Exhibitions and mainstream events.

He would ultimately like to set up his own 5 * Fine Dining Establishment - and we wait patiently while he works on this new dream.
